Meaning-based indexing
Content is indexed with a vector and text search layer, so more relevant results come back.
Smartsearch produces semantic matching, filtering and summarised results across document, product, FAQ and record pools. Search becomes faster, more contextual and more useful.

Semantic search matches the meaning of a query instead of the exact words typed. A query like “my invoice has not arrived” matches content about “invoice not issued”, and Turkish suffixes do not degrade result quality.
Vector (meaning) search is weak on queries that need an exact match, such as product codes or invoice numbers. A hybrid architecture combines keyword and vector search so both query types return the right result.
Yes. Results are filtered with RBAC according to the user’s access rights; on internal portals an unauthorised document is never listed.
