At Ai Thinks we take the privacy of visitors and customers seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why and how we use it, who we share it with, and how we keep it safe.

1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the website at aithinks.net and the communication and request processes carried out through it.
End-user data processed within the voicebot, chatbot and API solutions we deliver to customers is not covered here. In those cases the customer organisation is, as a rule, the data controller and we act as a data processor under the instructions set out in the contract.
2. What we collect
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not build profiles based on visitor behaviour.
- What you send us: name, email address, phone number, subject and message content entered in the contact form
- Technical data generated automatically: IP address, browser and operating system information, request time, error and access logs
- Preferences stored in your browser: site language, theme selection and your response to the cookie notice
3. How we use it
We do not use your data for marketing beyond the purpose for which you contacted us. Commercial electronic messages are only sent where consent has been obtained in line with the applicable legislation.

- Keeping our services and website secure and preventing abuse
- Meeting our legal obligations and responding to competent authorities
5. Where data is processed
Some of the infrastructure services we use may be located abroad. In that case transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards foreseen in Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698.
For enterprise projects, where data is processed is agreed separately. Organisations that require data to stay in Türkiye can be served from infrastructure hosted domestically or from a deployment that runs entirely inside their own network.
6. Data security
We apply administrative and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

7. Retention

8. Your rights
You have rights including access to your personal data, correction, erasure and objection to processing. All of these rights and how to exercise them are explained in the Data Protection Notice.

9. Children's data
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at anyone under the age of eighteen. If we become aware that we hold data belonging to this age group, it is deleted.
